Isn’t it amazing just how things fall into place at times?

Yeah, I have been bitching about not getting into Credit Suisse First Boston and that going back to army is probably going to the be the worst thing that is happening to me in this 2 years but then again… had I gotten into CSFB I wouldn’t have found out that I owe the army such an absofuckinloutely long time of 103 days.

Man… that would be about two and half months of service I would have to resume if I were to do it upon graduation.

Taking the worse case scenario of me getting say into POSBank would still entail an opportunity cost of say 5 grand (that is looking at a miserable starting of 2 grand per month).

Sometimes you seriously question whether the army or big daddy up there is stupid. First, they say that there is no need for two and half years of service because of the change in times which is followed by the reduction in the term of service for existing and new service men to two years.

But wait!!! That’s not the end of the story!!! What about those who have already disrupted and would hence face a higher opportunity cost? Argh…

But then again I guess I should be thankful that they are allowing me to pay back those three months this holiday then upon gradation (they better allow me to change my unit!!!!).

Exams are in three days and I am like so prepared…. Shit @$%$# This got to be my most under prepared exams but heck, I am so feeling like an exchange student now and am just looking forward to my Taiwan trip come May the fifth.

Oh yeah did you realize my flight date is on the fifth of May 2005 and that makes it 05/05/05. haha.. k that’s way out of the point.
